Bill Phillips (author) - Bill Phillips was born in 1964 and born and raised in his home town of Golden, Colorado. Best known as the author of the best-selling popular fitness book Body-for-Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength he is also the author 'Eating for Life', editor in chief of Muscle Media magazine (now defunct) and the founder of EAS, a Performance Nutrition supplement company.
